Transmigration is a meditative reflection on the Buddhist teaching
on the oceans of tears. The music was improvised, performed and
recorded with an analog modeling synthesizer in one pass. The
imagery is made of watercolor painting on paper which is sequenced
and overlaid using traditional animation techniques. The animation
was roughly edited to the music in post. The edited animation was
made to wave and pulse when processed through an Max Jitter object
which was following the rhythms of the music.
